Enabling the Self-Healing Edge: Ivanti to Present at Intel Innovation Conference

Nayaki Nayyar, President and Chief Product Officer at Ivanti, will discuss the revolution taking place at the edge, the increase in cybercrime sophistication, and the company’s mission to enable and secure the Everywhere Workplace

SALT LAKE CITY — 19 October 2021 —

Ivanti, the provider of the Ivanti Neurons automation platform that discovers, manages, secures, and services IT assets from cloud to edge, today announced that Nayaki Nayyar, President and CTO, will present at Intel Innovation, the first flagship event in the Intel® ON event series. Nayyar will discuss the revolution taking place at the edge, the increase in cybercrime sophistication, and the company’s mission to enable and secure the Everywhere Workplace.

The virtual Intel Innovation event will feature presentations from business and technology innovators and provide attendees with opportunities to learn, build skills, and network. Software developers, hardware developers, architects, and technology managers will gain perspectives and training on how to shift what’s possible through technology – now and in the future.

When: Wednesday, October 27 from 10:40am – 11:30am PDT

Who: Christopher Kelly, Vice President, Client Computing Group and General Manager, Client Domain Architecture and Strategy at Intel will interview Nayyar about the future of endpoints in the era of Distributed Intelligence. Nayyar will discuss the importance of being able to detect, identify, and remediate issues directly at the edge before they impact the end user experience.

Why: The rapid pace of technology innovation and adoption has led to a revolution at the edge. At the same time, there has been a steep increase in cybercrime volume and sophistication. In the Everywhere Workplace, companies must be able to leverage data that is being generated at the edge to detect and predict employee experience issues and self-heal with automation on those devices.

In this Tech Insights session, Nayyar will discuss how Ivanti Neurons improves end user experience by self-healing issues directly at the edge.  Ivanti Neurons uses advanced machine learning to proactively detect issues that users will experience on their devices and automates remediation before they are even impacted.  With Intel's solution for distributed intelligence as a service, Ivanti Neurons can deploy as containerized microservices directly to the edge, allowing real time access to device metrics and the ability to self-heal and self-secure offline devices.

This comes on the heels of Ivanti Neurons being named the most Innovative AI solution in the 2021 Computing AI & ML Excellence Awards.
